Ned took his PT test today for the department. It started raining and got real cold. We were at the middle school track and the boys were running around without shoes on and consequently got soggy feet. They were excited to run with Daddy but definitely done before the end. We kicked goals and played and it felt really good to be outside. Watching made me long to run and vow to get into shape. I received an e mail from a friend talking about volleyball and racquetball and got me more motivated to get back into shape. I know my health would improve but I know my everyday attitude would benefit tremendously. I've got to work out the logistics and "git'er done!!"
Every day gets closer to Louisville and every day Ned and I get more excited. We had a great conference call with our team last night and that's always a great mood boost!! Headed to Cambridge for Grandma Lucilles 90th birthday celebration. WOW!! That's an incredible lifespan. Do I really want to live that long? All Ned's family will be in town so we'll have a riot with the brother's and sisters. Games games and more games. I believe we'll also be working on Grandpa's garage. Then Tuesday we head for Kentucky. YEE HAW!!
