A forgiving body
All my life I have abused my body and been ungrateful for it. Playing ball too hard. Not putting healthy things into it. Critisizing the way it looks. Coveting other "better" bodies. Preventing good health. Not brushing my teeth more often. RARELY flossing (bad girl!). My guilt list could go on and on but I will spare you the agony.
I am not on medications. I don't need assistance walking. I can take care of my children without help. I rarely have severe pain. I'm strong. I can do almost any activity I want. Heavenly Father gave me my most precious possesion and I am thankful for the "temple body" that allows me great joy.

and thanks for reminding us all how much we have to be thankful for.
Are you proud of me? I have learned how to leave comments on other people's blogs. That is what I am thankful for.
I'm glad you realized how important you body is before you reached age 60 like me. I am so grateful I am as healthy as I am at my age after all the abuse my body has gone through. Words of wisdom - take care of your body now so when you reach my age you can reap the benefits. Family picture is soooo cute. Halloween pics are just as cute. Sorry you didn't have the army rifles that are sitting here not getting used. See you in a couple of weeks. I am very excited for our Thanksgiving together. Mom
