Crunch Time from The Abs Diet For Women

3 cups mixed greens
2 slices smoked deli turkey, chopped
1/2 small Granny Smith apple, chopped
2 Tb grated carrot
1 Tb diced pecans
1 1/2 Tb Craisins (dried, sweetened cranberries)
1 Tb blue cheese crumbles

For dressing; 1 1/2 tsp olive oil; 1 Tb balsamic vinegar (I like Raspberry Walnut Vinagrette or Poppyseed Dressing)

Mix together all of the ingredients and store in the fridge until you are ready to eat

Cal 296; protein 15g; carbs 31g; fat 15g; saturated fat 3g; sodium 590mg; fiber 7g
