Swedish Recipe

I googled "morel mushrooms"

I learned we had harvested a few pounds of Morel Mushrooms from the field next door.

I got a Swedish recipe.

The meat on the left is pork with a mushroom sauce.

At the back are baby carrots.

The blackish gray stuff is hashbrowns.

I followed the recipe to the tee.

Raw Potatoes.

Shredded.

Do the Swedes eat their potatoes blackish gray?

Very tasty.

Very fattening.

Let's just say bacon, butter, and more butter.
